HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY 2023!๐Ÿ’› ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป (via @alittlebitmeg) We loved this reel by @karenpiranha for International Women and Girls in Science day so much that we wanted to share it here!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ #womeninwildlife Come for a day in the life of Hannah Franklin, who is the head veterinary nurse at the Bonorong wildlife hospital in southern Tasmania, Australia ๐Ÿจ๐Ÿฆ˜ @hannah_likes_birds WE ARE WOMEN IN WILDLIFE ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Repost from @drclairemadden undertaking a fish hook removal from a Hawksbill sea turtle๐ŸŽฃ๐Ÿข In the lead up to International Womenโ€™s Day, we have set up a fundraiser for The Black Mambas (@theblackmambas), which are a project that encompasses everything we stand for at Women in Wildlife. We LOVED seeing all of your posts for International Women and Girls in Science day over the weekend. This day encompasses everything we stand for, and it was so incredible to see so many women celebrate this day together๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿ”ฌ๐Ÿ‘ญ What a morning looks like with one of our ambassadors. Kaytlyn is a vaccinated and licensed carer with @batsqld - she is currently looking after two grey headed flying foxes that were rescued as orphans. This means lots of cleaning, washing, browsing, and endless amounts of fruit cutting!
